We encourage clients to use a contract to manage the build process. Some clients prefer to work to a detailed schedule of works which lists the work to be done, staged payments and dates. Whichever method you choose our team includes an experienced lawyer and we can record your intentions and expectations in writing effectively.

Our building surveyor, engineers and quantity surveyor will ensure the best materials are used, that you are not over charged for excess materials and that only approved modern techniques are used in your project.
